Those are many many years old specifications, probably HAD various classifications back then with 2se313 manufacturer Pioneer was sourcing with, now don’t and minimal doc has survived.
The latter is tougher. I have both of them, hell, I probably got more transistors than Mouser right now. They will be calling me for parts. The MJEG is a fine replacement.

You have MANY more data points than me. Do you already have an account? In old test equipment power supplies, the pass element was always something slow, but that could just be because the old hometaxial parts had the biggest SOA.
